No biohazardous waste and no medical waste (e.g. needles, syringes, lancets.).

No dirt, sand or bricks.

Tires, mattresses/boxsprings, and couches may be an additional charge of $5 / $12 / $12 each.

$49 per ton overage is prorated.

Yard waste can be mixed with home debris as long as yard waste is placed on top. 

Leaves and twigs must be bagged.

Bins are not to be filled past wall height, and must be locked. If it is filled too high and/or not locked up it will not be picked up and an extra fee may be changed for second attempt.

Please book your bin 24 hours in advance to ensure bin will be delivered when you need it. 

Payment is required before bind delivery. Methods of payment are : Cash and all major credit cards.

7DAY RENTAL. Includes all fees, drop-off & pickup,2.5 tons for 14yrd, 3 tons of weight for the 20yrd, driveway protection, and sweeping up after job completion. After 7 days, it's an additional $15 per day. We reserve the right to not extend rental beyond 7 days. if you need extra time, call the office 2 day before Pickup date, otherwise on the day of Pickup it will be an additional $75 to come back for Pickup.
